Overnight Support
Sleep deprivation and bringing home a baby go hand in hand. If you are looking to maximize your sleep to get through the day and feel restored, you may want to consider overnight support. These 8-10 hours shifts can help you settle into bed, knowing you can get a solid rest.
I will physically, emotionally, and informationally support you with all aspects of infant feeding, whether it’s exclusive breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or a combination.
Once I change and soothe your baby back to sleep after nighttime feedings, I can help with folding baby laundry, tidying, and other quiet tasks.
Minimum hours per visit: 8
Overnight rate: $50/hour

Benefits of a Postpartum Doula
The first few months at home with your new baby are filled with incredible moments but also some major adjustments. A postpartum doula helps you ease into your new parenthood journey by making you the primary focus, so you can be better equipped to care for your sweet new baby.
The ways in which parents, baby, and siblings make the transition to a new family unit have a long-term impact on their physical and emotional health. Research shows that parents who receive additional support during the postpartum period feel more confident and cared for in their new roles, have greater breastfeeding success, and have lower incidences of postpartum depression.
We’ve all heard “it takes a village to raise a child” but our culture today doesn’t support that. A postpartum doula helps fill in the gap by physically, emotionally, and informationally supporting new parents.
